About Us
Our Story
Uplifting Youth Foundation was born from a simple belief — every young person deserves a safe space to dream, grow, and discover who they are.
How it started
From a Dream to a Movement
Uplifting Youth Foundation was founded by Kathy Hayes with a vision to reach young people in underserved communities and give them the tools, mentorship, and encouragement they need to thrive.
What started as a small community sewing program has grown into a multi-faceted organization serving hundreds of teens across schools and neighborhoods in the Inland Empire and beyond.
Through creative workshops, community events, and one-on-one mentorship, we help youth build self-discipline, social skills, and a belief in their own potential.
